          If this is your first time, or you are a re-occurring visitor-WELCOME!!  There is a lot of information here, take your time and read through it.  You may not be able to do it all at one time.

          We have developed a feature to help our readers--It's the "What's new page."  This page will attempt to list the most recent additions so you can check out what you might have missed.  You can see what's new since your last visit!

        As you browse through our site, please note two things:

First, whenever you see something in red, that represents a link that you can click on for more info.

      Second, as you move through the site and move your mouse over the Green buttons, you will notice almost all of these buttons have black buttons off to the right hand side when you move your mouse over them.  Please take time to look at these "sub-navigation" buttons, as each button represents a new and different page with lots of additional information.

         
        Also, you have probably noticed there is a revision date on the front page of the site.  The site is updated frequently, so check back often!
